  1. 01Lead the Welcome Event, Volunteer Recognition & Spring Fundraiser
  2. 02Plan the venue, menu, decor and prizes within the event budget
  3. 03Coordinate payments with the Ops Treasurer and fundraising requests with the OPS VP
  4. 04Team up with Marketing, Ways & Means and the Member Events Chair, and write a monthly newsletter article

Inside the role

  1. 01Design flyers and marketing materials for events and meetings
  2. 02Plan projects with the Marketing VP, ideally 30 days before each event
  3. 03Keep SCSC branding consistent and original files backed up on Google Drive
  4. 04Collect and archive photos from SIGs, member events, trips and DIY
