Run, Sweat & Cheers!

The running SIG is called Run, Sweat, & Cheers! I'll see about getting you a picture. The group meets every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. All runs start at 9am.

We will be stretching a half marathon training program throughout the SCSC calendar year, going from 0 miles to 13+ miles. That means, if you have a running goal that falls in between 0-13+ miles, you should come join us. What will be offered? A good time, laughs, friendship, support meeting goals, a healthier more active you. Looking forward to seeing you at our next group run!
