MEMBERSHIP AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Our organizational year runs from August through May. Membership applications will close on March 1, 2017, except for people who are PCS’ing.
Annual membership dues are $40.00 and can be paid one of four ways: (1) Bring cash/check to the next function; (2) Mail a completed application and a check payable to SCSC. The address is: SCSC, CMR 480, General Delivery, APO, AE 09128; (3) Drop off a completed membership application and a check payable to SCSC at the Patch Thrift Shop located on Patch Barracks; (4) Debit Card/Credit Card (via Paypal). Fill out this online membership application, click submit and you will be redirected to our secure Paypal account. You will then see an option to pay via online bank account, debit or credit card or Paypal credit. Note: You will not need to open a Paypal account!
Once payment is made, you will immediately receive an e-mailed copy of this form stating that your payment was received.
